The position of Plant Cost Controller is offered as a permanent contract , based in our Measham plant, in UK within the Exterior.

Propose and implement corrective action plans and improvement projects.
Support monthly closing processes, including sales and material margin variance analyses vs. Maintain costing accuracy (BOM, routines, hourly rates) and prepare annual hourly overhead rates.
Provide financial support to the plant management team for action plans related to internal audits, annual stock counts, and dedicated workgroups.

Professional accounting qualification or working towards it.
At least 3 years of experience in cost controlling within an industrial environment.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and HFM.
Strong analytical and data synthesis skills with a high level of accuracy.
Strong client orientation and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
