The position of Plant Cost Controller is offered as a permanent contract, based in our Measham plant, in the UK within the Exterior.
- Propose and implement corrective action plans and improvement projects.
- Support monthly closing processes, including sales and material margin variance analyses.
- Maintain costing accuracy (BOM, routines, hourly rates) and prepare annual hourly overhead rates.
- Provide financial support to the plant management team for action plans related to internal audits, annual stock counts, and dedicated workgroups.
Professional accounting qualification or working towards it. At least 3 years of experience in cost controlling within an industrial environment. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and HFM. Strong analytical and data synthesis skills with a high level of accuracy. Strong client orientation and commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
