Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Komet Dental products to new and existing dental professionals within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans driven by clear KPIs to attain and exceed budgeted sales targets through detailed customer segmentation and market analysis.
- Proactively engage new and existing customers through cold calling, presentations, and product demonstrations, focusing on fostering long-term relationships and providing exceptional product knowledge, customer service and support.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Organise and participate in local and national trade events, seminars, clinical meetings, and educational courses to promote products and network within the industry.
- Regular travel within the territory is required, which may include prolonged periods of driving and overnight stays.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry, with a consultative sales approach to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Strong understanding of dental products and services, particularly rotary instruments and endodontic systems.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to navigate complex sales environments and achieve targets
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferable
- A valid full driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience.
- Advanced training or certifications in dental or medical sales are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the dental or medical device industry with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
