What you’ll do:
- From day one you’ll be fully involved with the Portfolio Management and Investment teams, helping LCM Partners to achieve its investment goals by managing our network of external and captive Operational Partners across Europe.
- Monitoring and reporting on adherence to the different servicing strategies followed in each portfolio.
- Leading monthly portfolio performance review meetings with Operational Partners, documenting and managing the implementation of agreed actions.
- Performing annual review procedures on the Operational Partners and provide appropriate feedback for the Investment Committee.
- Building relationships with our captive and external servicing providers with focus on collection performance.
- Expanding our network by completing due diligence on prospective Operational Partners, to consider not only their service delivery but approach to compliance and the customer journey.
- Supporting the data analysis for investment review of portfolios and their performance.
- Assisting in portfolio and transaction structure reporting to third parties.
What’s required:
- Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in an equivalent role within a professional services firm, credit rating agency, investment or asset manager with a credit focus, servicer or investment banking.
- Very good interpersonal skills to facilitate accurate and professional communication at all levels.
- Experience of detailed analysis and decision making.
- Written & spoken English to a high standard.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with a volume of queries and multi-task across geography and stakeholders.
- Experience with research and portfolio experience, including servicer due diligence.
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel to an advanced level.
- Good knowledge of one of the European languages would be an advantage: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Polish or French.
- University graduate, preferably with a specialisation in finance, accounting, investment analysis, financial management or statistical analysis.
