As a Quality & Clinical Governance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and overseeing clinical operations to ensure high-quality standards.
- Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.
- Managing a team of Quality Managers.
- Providing leadership and guidance to clinical staff.

The ideal Quality & Clinical Governance Director will have:
- Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
- Nurse Qualified with Valid or Lapsed PIN.
- Must have vast experience working at senior management level within the care home environment for Older Persons Nursing & Residential services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement clinical policies.
- Experience in driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with root cause analysis.
