What You Will Do
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for Customer Admin processes.
- Identify improvement potentials and support preparation of recommendations for approval of improvement processes, services and/or system solutions.
- Prepare business case documentation to support the recommendations for improvement initiatives.
- Measure and follow up defined KPIs and propose corrective actions to deviations from targets.
- Provide support regarding Customer Admin processes, query resolution and data provision to other service areas, produce process documentation and training material.
- Analyze best fit technology solutions based on knowledge of the Customer Admin processes and improvement possibilities.
- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization.
- Maintain the interface to Business Unit Commercial networks and Business contacts.
Who You Are
- University degree or equivalent in Finance/Commerce.
- Min 2 years’ experience in Finance/Commerce/IT.
- Good knowledge of ERP system / MS Excel / IT skills.
- Experience of working with processes, services or system solutions is desirable.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a desire to learn new skills.
- Fluent English (Spoken & Written).
- High interest in exploring latest technology from a process improvement perspective.
