I am working with a 60+ head firm that is looking for a hands-on Sales Director to take over their 20-person sales operation across London. They currently turnover £20m+, and the top biller in 2024 did £1.2m.
You will be responsible for the 15 heads in London alongside the sales heads in Munich, which are Germany focused. They have a delivery team which is 20 strong based in Leicester, servicing large SOW projects and transformations across the business.
Their vision is to continue to deliver on large-scale retained transformation projects across Europe, and to do this they need someone to drive that growth and standards across the board. Ideally, they are looking for someone who is more focused on training and leading - a leader who can drive standards and get buy-in from high performers across the board.
The back office and operational function is mostly taken care of, so if you're keen to get back in amongst the sales floor and out of the glass office, then this is probably a decent option.
- 60/40 split across Contract & Perm
- Average tenure is over 5 years
- Sales heads average NFI £500k+
- Founder has previously successfully exited their previous business
- Equity & LTIP
- Base £100-120k (OTE £170k)
