As an Assistant Head Coach, your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to our consumers.
- Supporting and supervising a diverse team, ensuring a positive work environment (e.g., recruitment, development, performance management, staffing).
- Implementing operational processes and tools to achieve sales targets, optimize service, and enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
- Overseeing departments such as Commercial, Athlete, and/or Consumer Experience.
- Assisting the Head Coach in implementing NIKE’s store strategies (e.g., sustainability, membership, digital services).
- Providing reports on store activities, local market insights, and consumer feedback.
- Ensuring store compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.
- Collaborating with business partners across stores and headquarters.
