The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
Responsible for composite lamination and fabrication, including GRP and carbon fibre out-of-autoclave (OOA) materials and processes. This role also involves supporting the preparation and assembly of framework and CNC machine block-ups using various woodworking equipment, chassis build and modification, resin/paste application, draping, moulding, heat forming, trimming, part finishing, and other related operations to deliver high-quality design model assets as part of the creative physical modelling team. This role requires working according to standard operating procedures and proactively engaging in process improvement, including facility and material development activities as needed.

- Expertise in composite fabrication, specializing in GRP and carbon fibre lamination, OOA processes, resin infusion, and vacuum bagging techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, mould tool design expertise, and experience in composite process development and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
