As a Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping our client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving meaningful engagements that deliver tangible results. You will be the key point of contact for senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic objectives, anticipating their talent needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that create real business impact.
In this role, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders within management consulting firms.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, organisational structures, and talent challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
