Learning and Development Consultant Location: Lewes, Hybrid, typically 3 days onsite Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays) The Foundation is a leading charity dedicated to providing exceptional education and care for children and young adults with complex neurodisabilities, physical disabilities and health needs. The Role At the Foundation, they’re on an exciting journey to empower their teams through impactful learning and development initiatives, and they’re looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join them on this mission. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering learning experiences that enhance the skills and capabilities of their colleagues. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify training needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver engaging programs, including initiatives to empower people managers and foster a culture of growth. Skills and Qualifications * You will bring current expertise in Learning & Development, with practical experience in designing and delivering a range of impactful learning solutions. Ideally, you’ll hold a CIPD/CITP qualification or equivalent, or be willing to work towards one. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges * Your strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from identifying training needs to delivering engaging learning programs. With a digital-first mindset, you have experience creating and managing content for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and are confident in using digital tools to enhance learning experiences * You are solutions-focused, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Whether it’s coaching individuals or facilitating group sessions, you bring energy, creativity, and a drive to empower colleagues to reach their full potential.
