Are you a Construction Manager with experience working on rail civils projects on TfL contracts? Do you have a valid PTS and LU ICI competency?

Location: Ealing, London

Rate: £300-£350/day LTD

Duration: 6 months rolling

My client is a multi-discipline rail contractor and due to a growing work bank, are recruiting a Civils Construction Manager to work on infrastructure upgrades at an existing train depot. Nature of works includes installing steel reinforcement structures and RC bases.

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site activities, producing and completing documentation such as WPP's, TB's and ITP's, as well as ordering materials and enforcing H&S standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Civils Construction Manager for a rail subcontractor or main contractor.
  • Previous experience working on TfL rail projects.
  • Valid PTS and LU ICI or WSI is essential.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS.
  • PC literate.
