Role Description: You will support the Local Partner Services team in Bristol, responsible for informing and consulting accommodation partners regarding their business performance, market opportunities, and industry trends. You will empower partners to use Booking.com’s system, tools, and products to optimize their performance and enhance customer experience. Managing your own portfolio of accommodation partners across England & Wales, regular travel is required.
- Proactively communicate with partners via phone and internal messaging, assist in business development, and conduct market visits.
- Manage a portfolio of partners, serve as the first point of contact, answer queries, and evaluate local market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships through regular performance calls to ensure optimal availability and competitive pricing.
- Be knowledgeable about Booking.com’s products to explain benefits to partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner performance using internal segmentation.
- Find and pass on potential new partner leads.
- Handle customer service issues related to your portfolio efficiently.
- Support organization of partner events like workshops and webinars, and attend relevant events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience or interest in e-commerce or travel industries.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team player, self-motivated, adaptable.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
