We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Laboratory Analyst to join our skilled team. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of analytical tests on feed, premixes, and raw materials using standardized laboratory methods. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our lab processes and ensuring the reliability of the data we provide to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests including wet chemistry and occasional HPIC or microbiology.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and standards in accordance with established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with care and accuracy.
- Record and analyse data, ensuring results are precise, valid, and documented correctly.
- Adhere to internal quality standards and participate in proficiency testing programs.
- Assist with method development and validation as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and practices.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or further education in Chemistry, Biology, Animal Science, or related scientific field.
- 2+ years prior experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with ISO17025 standards.
- Familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and LIMS.
- Solid attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
