Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a busy residential conveyancing team, handling a diverse caseload of residential and occasional commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Handling transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Conducting stamp duty procedures, title checking, and processing search reports.
- Addressing client enquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant regulation, and deeds of surrender.
- Assisting with refinancing, business acquisitions, sales, and utilities agreements.
- Actively participating in business development activities.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in residential conveyancing (3+ Years PQE).
- Experience in commercial conveyancing advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong initiative, proactive working style, and professional client management.
