Job Opportunity: Band 6 Hospital Radiographer in Guernsey. Applications are invited from capable and committed Band 6 Hospital Radiographers to join the Imaging team at a major health facility on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
Requirements:
- Qualified Radiographer with full registration with the HCPC.
- At least two years of UK-based, post-registration experience, including proficiency in at least one modality of MRI or CT, with a willingness to develop skills in the other modality.
Role Details:
- Proficient in either CT or MRI; training and support provided for the less experienced modality.
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call system with a team of 11 Radiographers, providing full CT and limited MRI services.
- Work with advanced equipment: Siemens 128 slice CT and Siemens 1.5T MRI Avanto FIT.
Department Highlights:
- Performs approximately 55,000 examinations annually.
