We have an opportunity for a professional, team-oriented individual to join our busy Sales and Marketing department in the role of Sales and Marketing Administrator. Reporting to the Office Manager, mainly based in our Reception area, this role will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Internal Sales teams to maintain strong business relationships with our global colleagues, local & global visitors, regional account customers and end user customers.

Key Responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Manage Academy bookings and facilitate internal Academy courses.
- Supporting the Director of Education EMEA with Academy and Education administration.
- Manage the visitor experience both local and global.
- Arrange travel for employees and visitors.
- Listen, identify and understand the customers' needs whilst communicating in a professional manner to provide a knowledgeable, accurate and concise information service.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the Company to ensure we achieve the best service levels for our customers.
- Engage excellent problem-solving techniques by identifying the root cause through to resolution, to maximise customer satisfaction within the boundaries of business procedures.
- Ensure ownership of key areas of responsibility, to meet the business objectives.
- Understand and exceed customer expectations.
- Seek to reduce waste and improve processes wherever possible.
- Understand how you contribute to the on-going success of the Company and maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Carry out all reasonable tasks as requested by a manager.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Sterling House, Clipper Close, Ramsgate, CT11 5GG
