Are you a commercially astute FMCG professional with a passion for international growth? We are partnering with a high-growth, B-Corp health & wellness brand. With a strong international presence and a loyal customer base, the business is scaling rapidly and they are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead expansion across the Middle East & Africa.
As Commercial Manager, you will own the P&L and lead the commercial strategy across a network of key distributors in the MEA region. This isn’t just about hitting numbers - it’s about building true partnerships, ensuring brand consistency, and identifying the right levers for sustainable growth.
You will work closely with regional distributors, supporting them on everything from pricing and planning to in-market execution. You will be the glue between Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing, ensuring the brand shows up brilliantly in-store and online.
