We’re looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in Dartford! In this key role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor building strong relationships with senior managers and employees across the business. As a strategic partner, you’ll become an integral part of the Europa Worldwide team, providing expert HR support across the entire employee journey.
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm on a hybrid basis: 4 days based in our Dartford Head Office and 1 day working from home. You must be able to commit to working night shifts as and when required.

You’ll also support probation reviews and performance appraisals to ensure employees are meeting expectations and receiving the necessary guidance to grow in their roles. Working closely with operational managers, you’ll provide HR support to drive the achievement of business goals. You’ll ensure that talent strategies are aligned with the company’s growth objectives, helping to develop and retain a high-performing workforce.
You’ll ensure that HR policies, processes, and procedures are effectively implemented across the business, ensuring consistency and compliance. You’ll be a go-to resource for managers to understand and apply company policies in day-to-day operations. You’ll assist managers with complex employee relations matters, including handling dismissals, grievances, and conflict resolution. Your advice will help maintain a fair and respectful workplace environment, ensuring legal compliance and the well-being of all employees.
Collaborating with managers, you’ll play a vital role in supporting organisational changes, including TUPE transfers, restructures, or mergers. You’ll attend departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing projects or activities as directed. Whether it’s participating in strategy discussions or supporting cross-functional initiatives, you’ll ensure HR’s voice is heard in key decision-making processes.
You’ll regularly analyse and interpret HR metrics, such as sickness rates, employee turnover, and engagement data. Using this data, you’ll identify trends, provide insights, and work with managers to implement targeted actions to improve employee well-being and retention.
CIPD Level 5 (or above) Qualification: You’ll hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) and have a solid grounding in best HR practices, employee relations, and people management strategies.
Comprehensive Generalist HR Knowledge: You will bring hands-on experience across core HR areas: employee relations, performance management, absence management, and policy development, along with experience delivering or supporting HR projects.
Confident with HR Systems & Microsoft Office: You will be comfortable using HR platforms and have intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, enabling you to manage reports, data and presentations with ease.
Up-to-Date Knowledge of UK Employment Law: You stay current with legislation and understand how to apply it practically and compliantly in the workplace to support managers and employees.
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: You can deliver complex messages clearly whether advising senior stakeholders, coaching line managers, or leading presentations. You’re confident working independently, using your initiative to spot opportunities, solve problems and drive HR solutions forward.
You understand the differences of supporting diverse employee groups and have experience navigating the unique challenges and needs of both operational and office-based teams.
