We’re working with a fantastic client based in the Iver area who’s on the lookout for a hands-on, proactive PA & Office Manager to become an essential part of their growing team. This isn’t just your typical office role. A background or understanding of the horticultural or agricultural world would be a real bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping an eye on the company fleet, arranging inspections and repairs as needed.
- Acting as the go-to person for insurance, legal matters, and Health & Safety coordination.
- Overseeing the smooth running of the office — from facilities and supplies to document management.
- Planning and setting up company meetings and events — from minute-taking to moving furniture when needed!
- Helping coordinate social events and company gifts.
- Logging expenses, helping manage budgets, and making life that little bit easier for the Directors.
