Are you looking for your next opportunity to join one of the world’s leading wine producers and take ownership of their On Trade? We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Senior National Account Manager to take control of the Managed On Trade and Luxury Off Trade for a wine portfolio that boasts some of the most widely recognised Latin American wine brands. A proud B-Corp business motivated to deliver exceptional quality wines which are a great match to all consumer occasions.

Car allowance ~ Uncapped bonus scheme ~ 25 days annual leave + holiday purchasing option ~ Private medical ~ Life assurance ~ 6% employer pension contribution.

Ways of working: Home based contract (1 day a week in Oxford). Working with large multiple operators such as JD Weatherspoon, Stonegate, M & B to name a few, you will take full P&L responsibility for the management and strategy of their relationship in this channel. Continue to grow and develop this business critical relationship in developing a long term growth business plan managing a portfolio mix to maximise profit and sales.

As well as full P&L ownership for the On Trade, you will also head up 3 Luxury Brands from their portfolio which will focus on Luxury Retailers such as Harrods & Hedonism. Lead on monthly account reviews, customer facing meetings and annual internal business reviews as you continue to develop the relationship with this essential account for the portfolio.

Established in the UK in 2001 with a team of four, this business has grown to become the UK's second-largest wine business. The team now numbers over 70 people, responsible for annual sales of over 7 million 9-litre cases of market-leading branded wines. A proud B-corporation certified business driven to meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
