Technical Account Manager Vacancy:
Intaso have partnered with a leading network security and analytics vendor who seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization as well as identifying new opportunities. You will act as a trusted partner, helping clients align the platformโs capabilities with their security goals, while also advocating internally for customer needs.
Act as the technical liaison for enterprise customers, managing onboarding, configuration, and adoption.
Collaborate with the account management team to identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
