About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive , you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring clients receive the best coverage for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and insurers.
Identify opportunities to expand business and enhance client portfolios.
Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and coverage to ensure competitive and profitable placements.
Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business submissions.
Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
Utilize industry platforms to manage documentation and client files efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in commercial insurance broking or account management.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Cert CII qualification or working towards it (study support available).
Experience handling mid-market to corporate risks.
Proficiency in Acturis and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
