Key Responsibilities
- Network Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for enterprise network environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching, LAN, WLAN, and firewall technologies.
- Incident Management: Act as the first point of escalation for network issues, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents efficiently to meet SLAs.
- Network Projects: Opportunity to assist with Network Consultants and Architects on project work.
Skills & Experience Required
- CCNA certification (mandatory) with hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching environments.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WLAN, and firewall technologies (including configuration and troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with network security principles and firewall management.
- Experience with enterprise-level networks and protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and VLANs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
