The Marketing Communications Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing external communications campaigns to support the execution of Leasys Communications strategy across all owned, paid, and shared communication channels, ATL advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, memberships, PR, social media and web platforms, to deliver brand image and sales objectives.
The Marketing Communications Specialist will collaborate with press and creative agencies to deliver effective, efficient, and on-brand communications, in conjunction with relevant Leasys UK Marketing and wider teams, and Central Leasys Marketing teams.
Main responsibilities:- Develop and coordinate Leasys Communications campaigns according to local market requirements and the defined local communications strategy, in collaboration with Leasys UK Marketing teams and Central Leasys Marketing Teams when required. This includes, but is not limited to, the launch of new leasing products and services, and tactical campaigns.
- Develop and manage the local external communications (such as literature documents, social media, website content, press release, podcasts, awards entries, etc.) to deliver improvements in brand perception, customer experience, and commercial intent.
- Work collaboratively with the Leasys UK Marketing team and external partners to ensure appropriate development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to deliver effective, on-brand Retailer marketing, CRM/PRM, website content and partners communication.
- Work collaboratively with Leasys UK Marketing team, and Central Leasys Marketing teams when required, to monitor KPIs, and report regularly (minimum monthly, and weekly/daily during campaign times) on results, plus provide thorough analyses and recommendations to drive improvements in commercial intent.
- Work in collaboration with the Brand Experience Executive to plan and deliver external events in line with brand Leasys objectives.

- Experience and Knowledge in the Marketing environment ESSENTIAL
- Experience and Knowledge of Services products and industry practice DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of Contract Hire and Leasing industry DESIRABLE
