We’re looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Assistant to join our luxury hotel located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The RoleAs an F&B Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our restaurant, building great relationships with our customers. You should have a good understanding of restaurant operations, a passion for food and drink, and a strong knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
The PersonAlong with previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have a commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality, and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences for our guests. You should have a can-do attitude, be flexible in responding to guest requests and situations, and possess a good command of English. Well-presented appearance is also important.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests with menu selections.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to provide excellent customer service.
- Support the team with stock management, inventory, and general operations.
Located in Kensington and Chelsea, our hotel features 228 bedrooms, including 11 suites, in a beautifully restored period building. Guests can enjoy traditional Afternoon Tea in Botanica or unwind with drinks in our cocktail bar, ESQ.
