Assistant Leisure Manager at Hotel de France

Our renowned Ayush Wellness Spa is seeking a friendly, driven, courteous, qualified, and experienced individual to join our team. You will work in conjunction with the Ayurvedic Consultant to achieve the highest standards and ensure targets are met. You will lead and train the team to maintain professionalism in all aspects of Pool/Spa operations and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with excellent customer care and sales skills. They should be organized, possess good time management, be adaptable, flexible, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team. Requirements include: 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a Spa or 4-star Hotel environment. Experience with Pools, Sauna, Steam rooms, and their Health and Safety requirements. Experience in Spa Reception and sales is also required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
