A leading provider in the events and production industry is seeking an organised and energetic Returns & Dispatch Supervisor to join their warehouse and logistics team. If you're local to Surrey, physically fit, and thrive in a busy environment this could be the perfect fit.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

  • Returns Management: Receive and check returned equipment. Log items in the system and assess them for restocking, repair, or disposal.
  • Dispatch Operations: Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders. Generate shipping paperwork and load items onto vehicles. Communicate with drivers and keep track of schedules.
  • Logistics & Warehouse Support: Maintain a safe, tidy work environment. Perform vehicle and equipment checks. Occasionally drive company vans for deliveries. Assist with stock control and warehouse efficiency.

What You'll Need

  • Physically capable - confident with heavy lifting and manual handling.
  • Well-organised & detail-oriented - you'll be managing items in and out of inventory.
  • Strong communicator with colleagues and drivers.
  • Basic computer skills for updating systems and generating documents.
  • Clean UK driving licence essential for occasional van driving.
  • Forklift licence great if you have it (but training will be provided if not).
