We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Contract Manager to manage the provision of security & business support services to Amazon clients within the region ensuring specific contract and Company performance targets both financially and operational, are consistently met and/or exceeded. You will be working Monday to Friday with the occasional weekends and nights required.

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Previous Security Management experience
  • Valid SIA Front-Line License
  • Experience in leading/managing multi-site contracts
  • Experience of operating budgets in excess of £5m
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
  • Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards

What are you going to do:

  • Adopting the principles of the Colleague Charter, be responsible for all operational colleagues and have a full understanding of the functions covered including; manned guarding, electronic solutions (CCTV/Access Control), key holding, post room, reception and business support
  • To be responsible for manning levels of contracted, ad-hoc and special events as per customer requirements
  • To liaise and meet with customers and key clients on a regular basis to review & record contract performance
  • Monitor and manage revenue and costs in line with the current contract costing model and prepare monthly forecasts
  • Arrange and lead monthly meetings with all Amazon clients including minute taking
  • Lead, manage and motivate direct reports including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, coaching and development
  • Check, maintain and administer pay for all responsible colleagues
