The Systems Analysts will coordinate with multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including IT, external vendors, and business teams. Essential Functions Analysis & Technical: Produce detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, communications, use cases, and user stories. Translate business needs into requirements across systems with guidance. Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel for communication and operations. Understand how multiple business systems and processes interrelate, and learn new system capabilities to leverage them. Problem Solving: Identify drivers of system problems, hypothesize solutions, and guide businesses in root cause analysis and workarounds. Visualize process flows across systems to make recommendations. Support business progression through SDLC and communicate system expectations post-release. Serve as liaison with IT for investigations and support. Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead sessions and facilitate interactions between business and IT teams. Manage work streams, identify opportunities, and maintain documentation of dependencies. Communicate proactively about deadlines and challenges, and build stakeholder relationships. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience, or applicable work experience. Strong analytical skills.
