Print Production Manager

We’re hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented Print Production Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy print production hub delivering outsourced digital and print services.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full production workflow across a multi-shift environment
• Lead and develop a team of 4 Print Hub Operatives
• Plan shift rotas and allocate resources based on workload and client demand
• Act as the primary escalation point for service or production issues
• Maintain client relationships and support service reviews
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and operational procedures
• Track key metrics and drive continuous process improvements

• Strong knowledge of digital print workflows, dispatch, and finishing
