Role Overview

As an Operations Business Administration Manager, you’ll lead a team of four Divisional Administrators to manage key tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail will be essential in supporting operational functions related to Quality, People, and Finance, ensuring timely, accurate completion of all administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain databases and systems (Sona, Nourish, People XD) and generate reports.
  • Oversee compliance, including Safeguarding and CQC notifications.
  • Manage key metrics and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support business continuity planning and mobility vehicle schedules.
  • Lead the management of bank colleagues and ensure training compliance.
  • Handle various administrative tasks like hospital admissions and annual reviews.
