Are you a seasoned dealmaker with a passion for strategy, transactions, and client impact? Our client has a high-performing Corporate Finance team and has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Deal Advisory who will help shape the future of M&A advisory.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex M&A transactions from origination to execution
- Deliver high-quality financial due diligence, valuations, and strategic insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions
- Mentor and develop a team of talented professionals
- Drive business development and contribute to the growth of our advisory practice
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years in deal advisory, corporate finance, or transaction services
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end M&A deals
- Experience in a professional services or Big Four environment
- Proven business development skills
- A great networker who is known in the Northern Ireland Market
