Director – Deal Advisory Location: Belfast Full-Time | Hybrid Are you a seasoned dealmaker with a passion for strategy, transactions, and client impact? Our client has a high-performing Corporate Finance team and has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Deal Advisory who will help shape the future of M&A advisory. What You’ll Do Lead complex M&A transactions from origination to execution Deliver high-quality financial due diligence, valuations, and strategic insights Act as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of sectors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions Mentor and develop a team of talented professionals Drive business development and contribute to the growth of our advisory practice What We’re Looking For ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification 10+ years in deal advisory, corporate finance, or transaction services Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Proven track record in managing end-to-end M&A deals Experience in a professional services or Big Four environment Proven business development skills A great networker who is know in the Northern Ireland Market Why Join our client?
