We are seeking a knowledgeable Arable Specialist to join a leading firm based in Norfolk. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support arable farmers with technical advice, crop management strategies and guidance on sustainable farming practices. You will be providing expert support on crop rotations, pest and disease control, fertiliser strategies, soil health and environmental compliance to help improve farm productivity and profitability.
As an advisor, you will work closely with farmers and agronomists to ensure the implementation of best farming practices, increasing yields while maintaining a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.

The Candidate:
- Strong experience in arable farming, preferably with a background
- In-depth knowledge of crop production, soil health, pest and disease management and fertiliser use
- Understanding of the latest farming technologies, precision farming techniques and sustainable practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with clients
- A relevant agricultural qualification
- BASIS and FACTS qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
