This role offers an exciting opportunity to support arable farmers with technical advice, crop management strategies and guidance on sustainable farming practices. You will be providing expert support on crop rotations, pest and disease control, fertiliser strategies, soil health and environmental compliance to help improve farm productivity and profitability. As an advisor, you will work closely with farmers and agronomists to ensure the implementation of best farming practices, increasing yields while maintaining a focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
