We are now looking for a Finance & Business Operations Support Coordinator to join Cushman & Wakefield’s team in Finland! Your role with Cushman & Wakefield

As a Finance & Business Operations Support Coordinator, you will support the Finnish business teams by overseeing operational finance activities and collaborating closely with the Nordics CFO based in Sweden. You will be the first point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring smooth financial processes and strong collaboration. You are not expected to have solid experience in all areas listed below – what matters most is your willingness to work in a broad and dynamic role, your openness to various tasks, and your collaborative mindset!

Required qualifications:

  • Solid communication and organizing skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Good skills in Finnish and English
  • Ability to learn quickly and good IT skills, especially with Excel and other office applications

  • Familiarity with invoicing and/or accounts payable processes
  • Good skills in Swedish and previous experience working in an international corporate environment
