We are looking for a senior Sales Director (individual contributor) to lead direct and agency sales with one of the fastest growing video / CTV ad tech vendors.

The Role
As Sales Director (UK), you’ll lead commercial growth by introducing the platform’s standout, high-impact branded advertising video media solutions to top-tier clients with a bespoke, curated approach.
- Work closely with GM, EMEA to drive new business sales with a focus on top-of-funnel enterprise advertisers (CPG, Retail) and agencies.
- Represent the company at meetings, pitches, and industry events.
- Align with product, marketing, and strategy teams to fuel market adoption.
- Be a key player in a growing UK team with the ability to influence and shape its future.
What you will bring
- Proven track record in selling brand advertising campaigns direct to advertisers.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets within ad tech.
- Good relationships within the UK enterprise brand CPG / Retail ecosystem and ideally some agency sales experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially at the executive level.
