We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Customer Experience Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team. In this key role, you will manage customer enquiries and support requests with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. As a pivotal link between customers and internal teams, particularly sales, you will take ownership of resolving issues, streamlining processes, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks, resolving enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
