Media Project Executive sought by a global Media & Events business with offices in Manchester, to play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of key client Media & Marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business that has seen over 200% growth in the past few years, with further growth planned. The organization has become a leading name in their industry, developing & delivering global industry events, as well as providing timely news & insights to keep the industry informed of the latest developments.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational & administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally, you'll have project management experience, preferably in media, marketing, or digital.

Day-to-day:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules for webinars, market research reports, magazines, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones, deadlines, and promotional schedules are met.
  • Prioritise and allocate tasks in partnership with department managers and cross-functional leads to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, delivering clear, concise updates on project status, emerging risks, and approved scope changes.
  • Ensure all contracted deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards.
