Office Location: Sheffield (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home)

Salary: up to £48,000

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Partnerships Manager with experience in both the UK and international markets to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and operations to optimise existing partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and help drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Framework Development: Help shape a robust framework for managing commercial partnerships.
• Manage Existing Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong relationships and performance optimisation.
• Identify New Opportunities: Research, evaluate, and onboard new partnerships that align with Tes\’ goals.

• Proven experience in business development or commercial partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to present financial data.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
