Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday /site based role!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a high volume of employee relations cases (40–60+)
- Leading end-to-end recruitment on site
- Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Coaching and upskilling line managers
- Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases)
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar
- Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
