Sparkling opportunity in Inventory Control within Customer Fulfillment! Great opportunity to join our Logistics Inventory team at the Birmingham Store Support Centre. As an Inventory Management Administrator (known as Clerk), you'll facilitate receipt, movement, and validation of inventory for all products within the Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Supervisor, you'll undertake stock movements and adjustments to ensure efficient stock flow throughout the warehouse.
Typical duties:
- Counting products and recording inventory levels accurately, including jewellery, watches, and gift products.
- Following an annual program of compliance checks and store counts in line with business requirements.
- Reviewing and determining solutions for stock movement through the supply chain.
- Accurately recording stock movements and adjustments in the Warehouse Management System, including data logging for analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management, supporting the Inventory Management Supervisor to deliver operational service levels, reduce losses, and improve logistics accuracy.
Working hours: Typical hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday. You will work 1 in 3 late shifts: 12 noon to 8 pm, Monday to Thursday, and Friday, or 12:30 pm to 8 pm.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting.
