Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your role will be to repair and maintain equipment sold by the Company’s sales departments within its designated area. Essential Skills/Experience Proven experience within the Agricultural industry would be advantageous. Ability to diagnose faults using the latest software and successfully carry out repairs, which may be chargeable, warrantable, or internal jobs. Ability to repair and maintain equipment for customers related to Agricultural or Horticultural machinery and equipment. Lifting heavy machinery and applying common sense to items that require the use of special tools. Liaise with customers and suppliers as required. Ability to work independently using your own initiative and as part of a team. Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures at all times. Maintain a good general level of health and fitness. Self-motivated with a good general appearance. Excellent customer service skills, as this is a customer-facing role. Full clean driver’s license. Additional Information Start Date: Immediate, subject to candidates\’ notice periods. Hours: 39 hours per week – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday; 8am to 4pm Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch). Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours Monday to Friday. Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (hourly paid).
