Key Account Manager – Beauty Industry Full-time, Hybrid, London based Position Overview: I am currently partnering with a fast-growing skincare brand who are looking for an enthusiastic Key Account Manager to join their UK team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth as they enter an exciting new phase. As a core member of the team, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your primary responsibility will be working closely with key retail partners, overseeing daily trading activities, and contributing to the development of a strategic plan that supports our growth targets in the UK market. Key Responsibilities: Support the expansion of the business in the UK through key online and offline retail accounts. Collaborate with the General Manager to define and lead the strategic approach for each account. Leverage available data and business analytics to create commercial strategies, identifying opportunities to improve both Sell-in and Sell-out performance. Ensure the accuracy of commercial reporting and forecasting processes. Optimise brand presence and positioning while enhancing the image of key accounts. Cultivate strong relationships with retail partners, gaining a deep understanding of accounts to drive business development and maximise ROI. Regularly visit key stores within assigned accounts, either independently or with the field sales team. Monitor and report on competitor activity and performance within key accounts. Support and complete projects as directed by the General Manager or Commercial Director. Requirements: Strong experience within the luxury or FMCG retail industries, with a preference for beauty sector experience. Experience working with UK department stores and beauty-focused online retailers. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in planning, monitoring, and analytical skills, including P&L and budget planning. Advanced customer management and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. Demonstrated accountability and the ability to work autonomously. Openness to sharing new ideas and strategies. Driven to achieve results and pursue ambitious targets. Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage challenges and shifting priorities.
