Role & Responsibilities

• Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages, leading teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Develop design briefs directly with clients.
• Take a lead role in the running and coordination of projects.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Apply strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary detailing.
• Support the technical delivery of bespoke residential builds and refurbishments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in practice.
• ARB qualified.
• Strong technical ability with excellent detailing skills.
• Fluency in AutoCAD (Revit an advantage).
• Experience in high-end residential work is essential.
• Confident working directly with clients and consultants.
• Joinery and stonework experience advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to studio location.
