Unlock your potential: Are you a clinical leader with expertise in mental health and neurodiversity? Do you have a passion for designing clinical services with an exceptional quality of care? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Lead, responsible for shaping, developing and improving new and existing mental health services!

You will work as part of the clinical governance and operations team to embed a culture of quality improvement and ensure high quality, safe patient care is delivered by an appropriately skilled and educated workforce. You will drive the continual clinical development and supervision of clinicians and liaise with our CQC registered manager to provide supporting evidence and assurance. As an effective communicator, you will collaborate with the bids and sales team, supporting the development and expansion for new propositions from a clinical governance and risk perspective.

Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.

Everyday you will...

  • Provide regular reports on the clinical quality, effectiveness and oversight of the service and review data to identify trends in clinical quality and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in own clinical supervision as per professional requirements of registration body and best clinical practice
  • Be a key part in supporting the development and expansion of the service, researching new modalities and new market sectors from a clinical perspective
  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to achieve and exceed the delivery of business objectives
  • Contribute to MDT meetings to formulate and conclude in neurodevelopmental diagnostic process

To thrive in this role, you must have...

  • A Mental Health Nursing degree with an active NMC pin
  • Experience working at a senior management level in a mental health service
  • Experience working in a neurodevelopmental service with the appropriate qualifications to assess and diagnose ASD and ADHD
  • Proven experience in designing mental health services from a clinical governance and quality perspective
