Through reselling donated items, we provide job readiness training and employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and barriers to employment. **Overview** Position Summary: Sorts, cleans, prices, and stocks donated goods in a Goodwill store. Accepts donations and provides assistance on the sales floor as needed. Provides excellent customer service to donors and customers. **Responsibilities** Essential Functions: Sort, inspect, clean, price, and tally donations for the sales floor. Push racks and carts to the retail floor and assist in stocking and pulling merchandise. Open and close donation areas. Accept and safeguard donations, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers. Assist truck helpers and drivers with loading/unloading trucks. Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Skills & Abilities: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 6 months recent experience or successful graduation from a GISD employment program.
