Base pay range About the Company: Our client is a blue-chip company within the food and beverage sector, renowned for their iconic products that are loved by consumers worldwide. This business is dedicated to delivering growth through consumer-centric strategies, sustainable practices and NPD. About the Role: The Head of Category Management is a senior leadership role within the commercial team, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the company’s category and customer initiatives. You will play a key role in driving category growth and shopper excellence and growing the category vision. You will lead a small team using insights to make strategic and commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead insight-driven category strategies to drive growth in key product platforms. Build and nurture strategic customer relationships, supporting the business in achieving category captaincy. Deliver strong budget outputs and compelling growth plans that resonate with external stakeholders. About You: We are looking for candidates with: Experience in category management and strategy within the FMCG sector, ideally in food and beverages. Proven success in revenue growth management with proficiency in working with the likes of Dunnhumby, Nielsen, Kantar. Strong knowledge of UK grocery, high-street and convenience accounts. Experience managing and developing a team; an ability to create a vision and common goal.
