The Role:
- Working within the Sales, Quotation team
- Offering day to day Administration support
- Quotation administration
- Price list administration
- Responsible for ensuring all orders and quotes are input and prepared ready to quote within timescales required
- Order processing and order administration
- Processing new accounts
- Updating CRM system information accurately
- Contacting suppliers to gain price information
Skills and Attributes required:
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent telephone skills able to deal with people at all levels
- Able to work competently to timescales
- Confident in dealing with deadlines and working under pressure
- Strong PC skills in all Microsoft packages, mainly Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
