Responsibilities
- You will ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Policies and Policy Standards.
- You will develop components from UI to back end using modern languages and techniques.
- You will create and maintain deployment tooling and automation to support the CI/CD pipelines.
- You will identify your own and others' development needs and seek opportunities to address these needs through guidance, coaching, and formal training.
Key Skills / Requirements
- Good hands-on Java/J2EE and Spring Boot experience
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Exposure to Cloud Tools
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Design Patterns
Desirable Skills
- Experience within the Financial Services industry
- Experience creating prototypes and working directly with stakeholders
- Experience with Event-based architectures
- Strong knowledge of Unix, Shell Scripting, Docker or other containers
- AWS or other cloud platform experience
- Knowledge of Maven, GIT, TeamCity, Nexus, SonarQube, IntelliJ IDEA
- Proven analytical skills and logical thinking to manage issues in a high-pressure environment
