Responsibilities

  • You will ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Policies and Policy Standards.
  • You will develop components from UI to back end using modern languages and techniques.
  • You will create and maintain deployment tooling and automation to support the CI/CD pipelines.
  • You will identify your own and others' development needs and seek opportunities to address these needs through guidance, coaching, and formal training.

Key Skills / Requirements

  • Good hands-on Java/J2EE and Spring Boot experience
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs
  • Exposure to Cloud Tools
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Design Patterns

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience creating prototypes and working directly with stakeholders
  • Experience with Event-based architectures
  • Strong knowledge of Unix, Shell Scripting, Docker or other containers
  • AWS or other cloud platform experience
  • Knowledge of Maven, GIT, TeamCity, Nexus, SonarQube, IntelliJ IDEA
  • Proven analytical skills and logical thinking to manage issues in a high-pressure environment
