📍 Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)

Salary £40,000 – £53,000 + Extensive Benefits

We are looking for a Senior Campaign Analyst to join our CRM team. This is your opportunity to shape CRM strategy during an exciting time of transformation.

What you\’ll do:

• Deliver complex data selections for marketing & servicing campaigns

• Analyse campaign effectiveness & drive continuous improvements

• Mentor a Campaign Analyst and work closely with CRM, Data Science, and Tech teams

• Use tools like SAS, Excel, and Optimove to deliver best-in-class communications

What you\’ll bring:

✔ Proven data analysis & campaign management experience

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Experience with CRM platforms (Optimove a bonus)
